Hi,

I am trying to start a new Visual Webpart and all of sudden I am getting this error when i add a ccs link:

"The type or namespace name 'CssLink' does not exist in the namespace 'Microsoft.SharePoint.WebControls' "

all the other previous webparts are working fine, not sure why getting this error.

Looks like some Visual Studio configuration error, Please re-add Microsoft.SharePoint.dll assembly reference.

No, still the same, even restarted the system.

Ok, I didnt know this before, but I changed my project type from Sandboxed Solution to false and now it is working.

I not sure by "protected global::Microsoft.SharePoint.WebControls.CssLink cssLink1;" does not work with Sandboxed Solution.
