Hi, You will get this page when you are trying to access something where you do not have access. I suggest you to check the access of other user. The easiest way to check this via SecurityReportAccount. If you have installed AdminToolkit in your environment you can type this URL to your site URL _layouts/SecurityReportAccount.aspx?Type=Web. Then check that whether all users could not access this site. However, the users having Full Control permissions could not access the site.
