Active Directory Based Agent Assignment Account
I am setting up SCOM 2012 Active Directory integration and have been following the documentation closely however can someone clarify for me if I need to add a run as account to the Active Directory Based Agent Assignment Account
Run as profile? It is currently empty.

If this profile is empty then scom will use the default action account to create the containers in AD. If the default action account does not have doamin admin rights it will fail.
So if you add an account that has domain admin privileges then scom will use that account to create the containers.
