Hi all, I'm trying to deploy a new site in our organization that will contain all of the tips generated by our telephone agents. i just want to know if i could add a rating functionality to assist our agents and give them the option to rate each tip. even only to mark a tip as good effort or "it answer my question". i have searched the web for that, but i found only solution that need to be purchased, and I'm searching for a free solution or workaround. can u assist me?
