All Agents in the SCOM server grayed out
Hi All,
A strange thing encountered today, most of our SCOM agent-->under Agent managed our grayed out. We tried to ping some of the clients and are getting response sucessfully.
We have also restared the SCOM application and daatabase server. Please recommend what can be the issue.

Yes, while checking one of the client machines
Event ID: 21007 was found. The machine in which SCOM server is located I mean the domain are fine but other domain have issues. Hence we have asked the AD Team to validate few things i.e.
1.
The Domain Controllers, DNS Servers and Global Catalog servers between other domains (having issues) and (SCOM server domain)are well configured and healthy
2. That the SCOM service account are properly configured and have the correct group membership to allow cross domain authentication for SCOM services and communication.
The AD Team later however confirmed that the domain trust among these domain and with parent domain is fine.
