Hi All, A strange thing encountered today, most of our SCOM agent-->under Agent managed our grayed out. We tried to ping some of the clients and are getting response sucessfully. We have also restared the SCOM application and daatabase server. Please recommend what can be the issue. Regards, June

Hi All, Thanks for been part of this thread! Finally the issue got resolved. The issue arised because one of the domain Duplicate SPN records found which lead to this the issue of all the client could not contact SCOM Server. Heartbeat tracking failed and all agent greyed out.
