Hi, So I started (once again) from scratch with the FIM environment. Got data replicating from FIM Portal to FIM MV. Now I have created a AD MA. However, when I run a Full Sync on the FIM MA, I get the following error message: "Microsoft.MetadirectoryServices.ProvisioningBySyncRuleException: The DN must be set before calling CSEntry.CommitNewConnector" I have worked through 2 separate Microsoft walk-throughs for this and none mention anything about setting the DN anywhere. Hi, Are you using a sync rule to perform the Export to AD? Be sure to flow the DN and mark it as "Initial Flow Only" In the sync rule. Freek, Thanks for that link. I reviewed the config and the "Initial Flow Only" was not selected. I enabled this setting and the few user accounts finally were created in AD - awesome thanks! However - I am still getting another error message as listed on http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/ilm2/thread/b6ae618c-a24d-41ce-937b-e35485d2c28f You wouldn't have a similar guide on how to get data from AD via FIM MV to an external SQL database would you?
