Auditing administrative changes in SharePoint 2010
Hi, We have a requirement to audit administrative changes made at farm level like site collection creation, locking a site, farm admin security changes, etc Is there a way to audit these changes? Thanks Michelle

Out of the box this is not possible afaik. There are third party tools that you can investigate, although these are more targeted to user activity auditing and not administrator auditing: http://www.avepoint.com/sharepoint-auditing-docave/ http://www.axceler.com/ Dirk Van den Berghe

Thanks Dirk. We are already using DocAve and Control Point in our environment but they target end user activity and not administrative activities. We have a requirement to audit administrative changes . Could I get the details as to where these administrative changes are stored in the SharePoint database? Thanks Michelle
