Hi Shiv
Can you please give more details what do you mean by blank cells? What is the problem you are facing at the moment while exporting it to excel?
Many Thanks

Hi,
Hope you are saying about the Blank Columns. In that case check the controls which you placed in the Header. For example you have kept a text box to display the report Name. The end of the textbox should not come in the middle of any of the column in the
Tablix table columns. It should align properly to any one of the column in the tablix then the blank cell wont come.
I have given one screenshot to explain this. Here Header 1 is wrong alignment it will create a blank column before or after column 5. Header 2 and 3 are aligned properly no problem with this two headers.
Hope it will be helpful.
Thanks
Sridhar V

Thanks for the reply, below is the screenshot of the report layout, though I've aligned all the text boxes exactly to one of the main table columns, when exported to excel i find blank columns.
Hi Syed,
Blank cells i mean when exported to excel, say for example
in the above screenshot, column E and K are blank cells.
Thanks,
Shiv

Hi,
Good to have the screen shots. It is purely related to Alignment problem.
First for E col, sum up the width of C and D give to "Evaluation projections by manager" Textbox. And i see before C col some columns are there. That is not correct. If "Learning Community" is the first column then it should start with A column not C column.
Second for K col, Combine this two text box to one text box. Inside the expression give the space between Start and End Date values. And drag the Textbox to the end of the table length.
Note: The above both solution should work. But we need to be very accurate in aligning. For you if it is not working then alternative method is put the header one by one down. And put the width of the header equal to the with of the Table. Hope you understand.
Thanks
