Try to open the operations console on the management server itself instead connectinf remotely and see if that works.
Check if you are still member of AD group for SCOM Administrators group that you have provided.

Open the console using Run-As and use your SDK account credentials, or management server action account credentials.
If you didnt associate the OpsMgr admins global group in the console with the administrators profile - you will depend on inheriting permissions to OpsMgr from BUILTIN\Administrators group. Make sure someone didnt remove your access from the OS.Kevin Holman

Hi,
Based on my research, I would like to suggest the following:
1.
Please also try to open the console with the option “Run As Administrator” and see if it works.
2.
Restart the following services:
System Center Management service
System Center Management Configuration service
System Center Data Access service
3.
Clear the HealthService:
1)
Rename the Stop System Center Management service.
2)
Go to C:\Program Files\System Center Operations Manger 2007\, and rename the folder “Health Service State”.
3)
Restart System Center Management service.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.

Hi,
Thank you for your updates.
Sorry for the typo. Please try the following steps and see how it works:
1) Stop System Center Management service.
2) Go to C:\Program Files\System Center Operations Manger 2007\, and rename the folder “Health Service State”.
3) Restart System Center Management service.
Regarding the “Event ID: 26319”, please also try the following hotfix:
You cannot obtain elevated user rights in management servers and in agents in System Center Operations Manager 2007 or System Center Essentials 2007
environments
