I'm running the Discovery Wizard to install agents on windows servers. When I get to the point of choosing the discovery method and select "Browse for, or type-in computer names", I can enter the server names (and verify by checking names) but OpsMgr will fail to actually discover them if they are not in the same domain as my RMS. If instead I choose "Scan Active Directory" and enter the computer name it will successfully discover the computer. All domains are in the same single forest. I don't know exactly what's happening here or where to start troubleshooting.

It appears that I can discover computers this way if on the "Auto or Advanced?" step of the wizard I select Servers only as the Computer and Device class.
