Hi, 

I am trying to attach a newly installed exchange Server 2013 to our DPM2012 Server from a different Domain. 

What i did so far : 

1. attached DPM Agent Installer Folder on exchange server and installed agent via CMD
2. used the folowing command on the protected server 

SetDpmServer.exe -dpmServerName DPM.DOMAIN.TLD -isNonDomainServer -username DPMEX
----

Configuring dpm server settings and firewall settings for dpm server =[DPM.DOMAIN.TLD]

The following firewall exceptions has been added:
        - Exception for DPMRA.exe in all profiles.
        - Exception for Windows Management Instrumentation service.
        - Exception for DCOM communication on port 135 (TCP and UDP) in all prof
iles.
Configuration completed successfully!!!

3. But now - when i try to connect the agent to the DPM server it wont let me do it - wheter i try  it from the GUI or the Commandline

I checked and temporarly disabled the firewall - i am able to ping between the servers (using a hostfile on both servers to set the IP)
i can access network shares between both servers.... what am i missing / why isnt this working ? 

any hints welcome
