Please,I distribute a package for my clients (Office 2007), so in one of this clients I remove Office 2007 manually, now I wanto to install the same package from SCE in this client, so when I refresh the policies my client dont see the Office Package. In the WindowsUpdate.log I can see IsUpdateRequired= No. But, I neet to install Office 2007 again in this client. I will have to recreate the Office Package? Hi Micheli, Please try the following step on the client: 1. Stop the Automatic Updates service and BITS service. net stop wuauserv net stop bits 2. Delete %windir%\softwaredistribution directory. 3. Start the Automatic Updates service and BITS service. When these two services have been started, they will auto-create softwaredistribution and its subfolder at system directory. net start wuauserv net start bits 4. Stop the Cryptographic Services 5. Rename the C:\windows\System32\catroot2 folder 6. After the %windir%\softwaredistribution directory has been generated, please let the client contact the WSUS server immediately. wuauclt.exe /resetauthorization /detectnow 7. After 15 minutes, please check the client to confirm whether it detects Office 2007.
