Cannot find the file specified
Hi,
I have a problem with SCE 2007. I just installed the software but now i'm stuck in the Feature Configuration Wizard. On the Completion page i get four errors, they all come with the error: The system cannot find the file specified. The Proxy, scheduled
discovery and daily health report settings are fine, but the configuration of group policy, remote assistance policy, firewall exceptions and error monitoring feature failed. I think it is some domain related issue but i got no idea what. I'm logged in with
a account who is domain admin and group policy object creator. http://i56.tinypic.com/ifzjb7.png
I installed the machines virtual with Hyper-V. One DC, a Exchange 2010 and an SQL 2005 server where i'm installing SCE 2007 on. All the machines are running Server 2008 R2.
Anybody got any ideas to fix this problem? I'm totally out of options...

Okay this is weird. I've took a look at the GPO's on the DC and there were 2 unknown gpo's. When i selected one of them i got the message specified file not found. I deleted the two gpo's and restarted the Configuration Wizard and got no errors any more.
Think it's working properly now...

Hi,
Thank you for your update and sharing. I am glad to know it worked. Your time and efforts are highly appreciated.
I also noticed some threads which are about a similar issue and i would like to share it with you for your reference:

As you also resolved this issue by removing two unknown GPOs, I suspect they were the GPOs created by SCE, they might be corrupted and caused this error.
Thanks again! Have a nice day!
