Cannot save document in documents library

I have sharepoint foundation 2013 + sql express 2008r2 express + windows server 2008r2.

I create documents library. In this library i create columns type of USERS and GROUPS. And when i put document in this library a can not save it. - SERVER CANNOT SAVE FORM.
