Hi, The environment is: SharePoint 2007, Office 2010, IE8 The problem is, when the user clicks the document, nothing happens, but the document's drop-down is available and the option "Edit in Word" works fine and the document opens without any problem (word as just an example, the same behaviour happens with other Office client Apps) I've checked the library settings, and definitons are "open in client applications", no management of content types, no versioning. Other users have no issue with the same libraries. The same user has no issue with libraries in other sites in the same site collection. Any ideas? Thanks, JC

Hi Peng Lei, Thank you for taking to time to look into this issue. The user's machine is not set to "Automatically Detect Settings", but it uses an automatic configuration script. I've checked "Automatically Detect Settings", restarted IE, unchecked it again, and still, no luck. Cheers, JC
