Conditional Formatting for duplicate entries

We have a view where I would like to highlight names that are duplicate from two seperate columns as shown in the image.

I would like to highlight duplicate staff names e.g. T Moors Tech in either column Crew 1 or Crew 2 which are based on a lookup column only when they appear on the same day.  I also want to highlight duplicate vehicles if they appear on the same day.
