ConfigMgr 2007 Dashboard setup fails constantly

Dear all, I'm having same installation issue which so many people here faced when installing SCCM 2007 dashboard. I've taken all steps which others had in order to make their installation succeed. I've following environment: 1. Server1: Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 SQL Server 2005 x64: to hold SharePoint default database. SharePoint Services 3.0 Sp2 x64: Web Front-end server 2. Server2: ConfigMgr 2007 site database Please be aware I've taken all pre-cautions which others described in various threads here who had dashboard installation failed, even then it fails when invoking STSADM.exe is invoked ( made sure account i was logged on with had db_owner fixed role assigned.
