Configuration Items - Business Services
Our Company uses Peoplesoft and I have included this as one of our Business Services in Configuartion Items. However within Peoplesoft we have a number of sub-categories for eg. General Ledger, Charterfield, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable etc. Do
these all have to be set up as separate services or can they be attached the the main item as 'child' etc. I cant see an item to Add Child in this area. If not what is the best way to setup. Thanks for your help
