I have checked that it was still coming even when there was no other client was getting software distribution advertisements .
Is there any restrictions regarding number of clients getting software Distribution in SCCM . If not why i am getting this message .

Yes i have checked that , now i was just advertising on a single machine still this problem occured. There were four programs to be advertised but only first one got installed. Its still giving same message .

Another installation is in progress according to the logs (Firefox). Maybethere's a popup (in system context and therefore not visible on the desktop) waiting for user input. Check the running processes in taskmanager and end the firefox related.

Correct, the log says Firefox is running. Maybe it was an assigned program, thus you didn't see it start but it is running and we only run one program at a time - regardless of whether or not the programs are assigned or optional.
