Hi I have script task connecting to analysis services. Before connection to analysis services there few task which stops and start analysis services , net.exe (already coded by someoneelse). The SSIS packages was running ok but since last few days the package fails without much information. The problem is when i run the package manually 2nd time it is successful. I tried debugging the package manually and got message operation cancelled by microsoft analysis services. How do I find out more details of the error ie to check different error logs ? thanks

Hi Samee_Dev, I noticed you mentioned that there is a message "Operation cancelled by Microsoft Analysis Services", so it seems the SQL Server Analysis Services(SSAS) fail to process the command you pasted, this caused the package to be failed. I would suggest you processing the command you used for SSAS manually in SSAS, and check if it works.
