Connect to Outlook icon in SharePoint 2010 allows one to make SharePoint lists available in Outlook. It's a way to sync SharePoint and Outlook.  This is what I've read.

Here is my question - If I use Connect to Outlook and populate the calendar in SharePoint from Public Folder in Outlook and then I blow away Public Folder, will the items ported to SharePoint still be available give that Public Folder doesn't exist anymore.
