Hi, I havea few hundred broken remote SCCM clients. I would like to connect to them using SCCM Client Centre to try and repair WMI etc. I cannot connect to them as I think port 135 is blocked on the firewall as I understand SCCM Client Cente uses this port to connect. Does anyone know if there a way around this, the network team are not keen to unblock the port. Any ideas would be most appreciated.

No, unfortunately for any remote connectivity tools to work, the appropriate ports and security rights need to be defined.Have the network team monitor your connection attempts, and see what ports and protocols are being attempted. If their internal security policies prohibit opening up remote connections (for whatever reason), a human will need to be dispatched to perform any fixes.Standardize. Simplify. Automate.
