Console won't start after recent windows updates
Windows Server 2003 R2, installed latest round of updates from Microsoft and now when I try to load the SCE console, it times out after about 30 minutes. The error text is below. Can anyone suggest a way to fix this please? Date: 20/10/2009 10:49:25 Application: System Center Essentials Application Version: 6.0.1885.0 Severity: Error Message: Failed to connect to server 'SERVER' System.TimeoutException: The requested operation timed out. ---> System.TimeoutException: The requested operation timed out. ---> System.TimeoutException: This request operation sent to net.tcp://SERVER:5724/SdkDataAccess did not receive a reply within the configured timeout (00:29:59.9843792). The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout. This may be because the service is still processing the operation or because the service was unable to send a reply message. Please consider increasing the operation timeout (by casting the channel/proxy to IContextChannel and setting the OperationTimeout property) and ensure that the service is able to connect to the client.
