Contact database maintanance
IS there any solution or formula which will link database with the oline network - in order to ensure some kind of regular automatic updating of the database?
I think something in the way like, if there is the database of the companies with the company URL - in case that the URL is not working any more - domain is not active (will be not found on the web anymore in active form) - this will be reported into the
database like request for update?
The same with the postal addresses, email addreses, phone numbers etc.
Please if you have any knowledge of existing of this kind program, solution or whatever, kindly let me know.

Hi,
Thanks to share your post.
As for your issue, do you mean that link database with the SharePoint online? And what’s the type of the database?
SharePoint Online does not have the concept of linked SQL tables. However, there is nothing stopping you from having those linked SQL
tables in your Access database running alongside the linked SharePoint Online tables.
And other solutions may give you a hand:

SharePoint On-Line has its own forum so a post asking about SharePoint On-Line would be off-topic in this normal SharePoint forum.
In my opinion a reply in this normal SP forum that assumes the poster is asking about SharePoint Online functionality can not be assumed by you to be correct.
You should in any case wait for a reply from the Original poster about your assumption and should certainly not post a reply and immediately mark it as an answer.
If the OP comes back and says he is using SharePoint OnLine, the thread should be moved to that forum for the people there to decide if your reply is an answer or not.SP 2010 "FAQ" (mainly useful links):
