In our 2007 environment we had 1 DCM baseline and 25 DCM items defined.   We exported/imported this into 2012.  Now, for each DCM item in 2012 we see a new compliance rule.  There is now a new rule that looks for the "Count".  All 25 items have this new count rule that was auto-created somehow.

Yes, I know this is an old post, but Im trying to clean them up. Did you solve this problem, if so what was the solution?
