Hi All According to the scope of the forum, can anyone offer or ask for the services reacted to report development? I have seen a post in which it’s asked for the chargeable services to develop a report. You advise will help everyone to understand the limitation and ethical boundaries of related MS forums I also will ask moderators to comment on my question ThanksDigitalFM

I'm not sure what "services reacted to report development" means but if you are asking whether it is appropriate to ask for consulting services or to solicit business in the forums, the answer is no. The purpose of the forum to allow members of the community to ask for and provide assistance with the product and not to buy and sell services. If you need help and would like to ask someone to contact you off-line to provide services or assistance, that's fine.
