Somehow I placed a link in the Documents Library to a List. The link in the Document Library has a different name than the List name, but the same URL. When I delete the List name, it does not remove the Document library link. How can I remove both? I have SharePoint WSS and Windows XP. Thank you.

The two highlighted areas have the same URL. When I delete either..."DoesThisWork" remains, but it does break the link. I can't find "DoesThisWork" anywhere but right there. "Admin" is the true list. The other appears to be a link to "Admin". Don't remember what I was trying to do at the time.

Can you try in the site settings -> navigation to delete this link off? Or is that library by any chance a Drop off library that has had its name changed?Sharepoint Dummy

Ok this seems a bit strange but Sharepoint is known to behave in strange ways: I can suggest; clearing cache to see if its actually gone, Trying to remove it using Sharepoint Manager 2010 (free download), recreating the site/site collection.Sharepoint Dummy
