Do i need PXE and WSD in sccm2007 sp2 when i want to deploy osd to an existing machines with sccm clients?

Hi,
NO, you don't need WDS and PXE if you do not intend to reisntall the conmputers using PXE boot. You can still install the OS to existing computers as long as they have the SCCM client installed.
You can also boot them using a USB-stick or Boot CD and then install the OS.
Neither of the two requires WDS and PXE.
