Distributed Application with only availability health enabled
Hi, I created one distributed application called "Test" and when I open the health explorer of it only the availability health monitor is enabled. Why the other 3 health monitors (Configuration, Performance, Security) are disabled? How I can enable the all
health monitors?

Hi Kleber
This is the way the templates work. You can create your own rollups:

Tks for response Graham! I read the post and I understand the way that templates works! I have more than 40 distributed applications configured with "blank template" and I want to known how I can enable the other 3 health monitors in my existing distributed
applications?

Hi
Item 9 gives an option which I haven't tried of changing the targets on the existing roll up monitors, although it also gives other options:

A more targeted approach would be to create the appropriate dependency monitors. Go to the Authoring tab, scope for your distributed application and recreate in performance the same depedency roll up monitors that exist under Availability (just changing
the target to Performance).
You might want to check that the objects you are adding do actually have monitors targetted at performance \ security \ configuration .. otherwise you will still have an empty green circle to show for your efforts. Eg I just did up a quick example for a
website only to realise at the end of it that there are no monitors targeted at website performance.
Cheers
