I have created a document library along with checkin, checkout properties. When status is not checked out, after uploading/editing the same document one version has been creating and, saving the same is creating one more version. When the status of the same document is checked out, if I upload/edit the document version history is not changing. - GEM

Hi, Thanks to share your post. For the issue, I have reproduced your scenario, however, it works OK. One thing to highlight is that when upload\edit the checked out document, the status of checked out file is changed to not be checked out. So please try to select yes in the quire check out in the version settings page. and please also check that whether your file is saved or uploaded into the server. Hope this could help you! Leo
