Hi Experts, Does sharepoint supports flash videos? Is it easy to show flash videos on the sharepoint sites? Can the end users directly upload flash vidoes in the document library and does it automatically picked by any web part?

Yeah Sharepoint supports FLASH. You can use Content Editor webpart to show Flash in Sharepoint Site. Allow Flash file extension from Central Admin to allow user to upload Flash files in Document library. I think there is not any OOTB webpart to show Flash automatically from Document library.
