This issue was fixed on August's CU as you can see here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2276466/

I ran into this issue as well. It comes up when the Expiration Policy Timer Job runs and attempts to remove expired documents from document libraries. I am going to try the patch now to see if the message goes away. Thanks
