hi i checked th following link,
http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/sqlreportingservices/thread/08d565db-74d1-4930-901f-bafb81efe64f
as the said solution i check the service 'SQL server Agent'. but that logged on as 'Local'
if im right, i need to change tht 'log on as' value ?
so i did changed the option to
"This Account DOMAIN\Name
password : <>
Confirm Pwd : <>
"
but after doint so i got error in my reportserver Url as
'
The report server cannot decrypt the symmetric key that is used to access sensitive or encrypted data in a report server database. You must either restore a backup key or delete all encrypted content. (rsReportServerDisabled)
Get Online Help
Bad Data. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80090005)
'
So i changed again to Local..
i am getting status msg as 'Mail Sent to...'
But no mail is received??
Can any one plz help me?
how can i make run the server agent remotely??
Please Note i have SSRS installed in my local system (xp) where im trying to configure its url for report subscription. its enterprise edition only.
Thanks!

Hi Radhai,
Since the message indicates the subscription run successfully, we could check it via the Report Server Database ExecutionLog2 view. Log on your report server database within SQL Server Management Studio, select your Report Server database and query the ExecutionLog2
view to see if the subscription request is finished. If its status is rsSucess in the log entries, you should go to mail server to check if the report mail is generated and sent.
thanks,
Jerry

But in the Report manager URL subscription the status is 'Mail sent' & in the execution log2 its 'rssuccess'..

Hi Radhai,
"in the Report manager URL subscription the status is 'Mail sent' & in the execution log2 its 'rssuccess'.." and "I checked and confirmed that our SMTP is working well and not blocking any workflow..". But your users still did not recieve the reports
mail.
This needs more in-depth technologies to handle it, and is out of our abilities. Please contact Microsoft customer services to solve this issue. If it is fixed, please kindly update it here.
thanks,
Jerry
