Exchange Connector get cero device

Hi.

I have one Primary site with SCCM 2012 SP1, My environment of Exchange is 02 server in Exchange 2007 SP3 (01 CAS and 01 MBX/HUB). Recently I installed one CAS in Exchange 2010 to connecting with SCCM 2012 SP1 using the Exchange Connector.

All ActiveSync Device connecting to CAS Exchange 2007 (about 30 devices). When I run sync the Exchange Connector, it get 0 device. If I run the cmdlet get-activesyncdevice it return 0 device.

How can I do to get the device from Exchange Connector.

Thks for any I ideas,

I would assume, that the connector only discovers devices, which are using the specific CAS Server (or any other Exchange 2012 CAS in the hierarchy) as EAS Server. Because as far as I know are only Exchange 2010 Servers supported.

Mobile devices should be connected to Exchange 2010 (or 2013) server. ConfigMgr uses internally get-activesyncdevice command to get the mobile devices. If the command returns 0 devices, ConfigMgr cannot see any more devices.

You need to define mobile devices to use Exchange 2010 CAS. I'm no Exchange expert, so cannot help you how to do it. :-)

Thks for your replay.. but when moved the mailbox to exchange 2010, the SCCM obtained the inventory of  mobile via the Exchange Connector.

thks..
