Exchange 2003 is supported, but you need to set the attributes directly within ActiveDirectory like homeMdb. There is not powershell script that creates a mailbox like for Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2010. What do you want to know about the FIM MA? If you need to synchronize attributes between the FIM portal and the FIM sync, you need to add them manually within the FIM MA agent (attribute flow) for other agents you can use synchronization rules which you can create within the FIM portal.Need realtime FIM synchronization? check out the new http://www.traxionsolutions.com/imsequencer that supports FIM 2010 and Omada Identity Manager real time synchronization!
