I do not know th future of ProClarity, but I would like to ask ???
You state the analysis tools are lacking and I thought ProClarity still exsits within PPS and that is the Analytics piece??
Reason; we just installed ProClarity on our development server not knowing that ProClarity is no longer being developed due to this is now called PPS 2007 which consists of Monitoring (BSCM 2005), Analytics (ProClarity), and Planning that is all PPS???
Our Admins are stating we do not need to switch to PPS because ProClarity still exists yet; we heard that no development, hot fixes or service packs are going to continue for ProClarity??
So, we want to go to PPS yet we are also looking for some answers and if you or anyone else who read this forum can help..
Thank you.
Fred
Please forgive my ignorance...
We are looking for answers to give to our Senior Management team about costs differential now rather than future and what needs to get installed.
We installed just desktop 6.3 on some clients and we just installed ProClarity PAS and Dashboard. We have not installed Performance Point Server 2007. We want to know if it is within our best interest now for dollars and work to just unintstall ProClarity and go with Performance Point 2007 server now rather than go through the upgrade and costs down the road?? along with what are the differences and gains to go with PPS now???
Thank you,
Fred
Thanks Ben,
That is what I was hopeing to here.
This of course was a post from 2007. So at this time will ProClarity continue to be supported past 2017?
