But, I'm not see where the detail location of System Center Configuration Manager / Site Database / Computer Management / Software Updates /Update Repository?

The link that you are using shows the software update synchronization process and applies To: System Center Configuration Manager 2007, System Center Configuration Manager 2007 R2, System Center Configuration Manager 2007 R3, System Center Configuration Manager 2007 SP1, System Center Configuration Manager 2007 SP2

In SCCM 2012 SP1 / SCCM 2012 R2 - Click on Software Library, expand Software Updates, right click All Software Updates and click on Synchronize software updates.

To view the synchronization log file you can open wsyncmgr.log file with CMtrace utility.
