I am currently work in Service Desk, and on every shift change,  i will need to do the passdown to my counterpart on all the email mailbox. 

May I know is there anyway to generate a report to an email so that i do not fill in the number of email that need to passdown in each mailbox one-by-one.

Hi,

we can generate our desired outlook email report, for this we should use microsoft access.

we can link access and outlook and generate the reports. for more refer this : "share data between outlook 2010 and access 2010" in the google.
