Hi Ragnar, Actually, this is not the default behavior in Report Server. I never met this issue before. The parameter panel will always there unless clicking the upward arrowhead. And another way to hide the parameter panel as I know, using URL: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms152835.aspx Hope this helps. Raymond

Do you have a solution for that??I have the same problem. The report have parameter panel expanded by default, but it doens't work with the drill-through reports. The parameter panel would be collapsed if it's redirected from another report. I tried the Access URL with codes, but it doesn't work.freude
