IP Network Resource Class does not exist

Hi

i can't create collection based on IP Network because this resource class does not exist in resource class menu. 

what is problem?

The IP address can be found under the system resource class, either network adaptor or system resource attributes.

To answer the question specifically, IP Network resources are created by Network Discovery. If you don't have this enabled, then the IP Network resources will never get created; however, using Network Discovery is usually discouraged as it does not do what most folks think it does.

Also, why would you want to create a collection of IP Networks?

As Garth pointed out, if you want to create a collection of System resources based upon their IP Addressing information, you need to use the System resource class. The key being what type of objects you want to include in the collection, not the information that you want to query.

Thanks for your reply. 

I have on central site and five child primary site that Network Discovery Method enabled on them, but some of them IP Network does not exist on resource class according to above screenshot and others IP Network available.

i want to know what shall i do?

What are you trying to do?

As pointed out above, putting IP objects into a collection is more or less useless. If you want to put systems into a collection by IP address, follow Garth's suggestion.
