Hi,

I am trying install system center app controller 2012 with sp1 in lenguage Deutch and i can not intalll appear a lot of errors with IIS ,etc...  I have all version all technet download for DEU and i can not, actually i have this in french and it is working well.

The question is: Is there any problem with the iso in DEU? i can not download the trial too.

Hi Antonio,

There is a bug with App Controller setup that prevents it installing correctly on DEU.

We will be releasing a fix for this issue as part of one of the quarterly System Center updates.

Until this fix is available, the following workaround can be used:

1. Install English language pack on the OS (or French if you prefer)

2. Run App Controller setup

3. Set language back to original language

This bug affects any language where the Administrators group is not called "Administrators" - unfortunately App Controller Setup is trying to set IIS permissions using the name of the group rather than the SID.

Today we released update rollup 3 for System Center 2012 SP1 - App Controller.

This update includes a fix for App Controller Setup that was preventing it from installing correctly for all languages.

Please follow the steps in the KB article for how to get this update.
