Hello, I put together a Sharepoint site, and everything seems to work except the logo/icon. However, it works in IE 6 + 7 internally. Externally it works with Firefox (any version). Just not in IE8. I put it on there by the "Title, Logo, Description" link in the settings page. I entered the url, and its just a GIF file. When i hit "TEST", it renders in IE8 just fine. But when I go to look at the page through Sharepoint, it simply just has a gif icon and the alternate text. I had the website guy in my office look at it, and he said he didn't get it... Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
