Installation
Hi I Know there a lot of post surrounding this issue, but I still can't get it to work. I am trying to install SCE2007 on a Windows Server 2003 Machine, which is not the domain controller, but joined to a domain. The server has got SQL 2005 std and Reporting services installed. I have all the lasted .NET versions installed up to 3.5 SP1. My installation fails and the installation log shows: Property(S): UnableToGetUserNameFromManagementServerActionAccount = SetPropertiesToManagementServerActionAndSDKAccountCA error: Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Common.UnauthorizedAccessMonitoringException : The specified domain does not exist or cannot be contacted. Property(S): UnableToGetUserNameFromManagementServerSDKAccount = SetPropertiesToManagementServerActionAndSDKAccountCA error: Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Common.UnauthorizedAccessMonitoringException : The specified domain does not exist or cannot be contacted. I have tried applying the SCE2007RTMHotfixRollup.exe and the SCE07-RTM-KB937831-X86-AMD64-ENU.msi patch, but still get the same results. Any help would be appreciated.
