1. You can't install a 64-bit application on a 32-bit operating system. Download the correct version of MBSA (32-bit). This will be the one marked as x86 not x64.
2. As for your Vista updates.... have you installed Service Pack 2?
Yes, I have Service Pack 2. Where can I get the MBSA (32 bit) in ENGLISH. I only see it in another language (MBSASetup-x86-DE.msi), and I can't read or understand that language.
Can you please provide a link for the ENGLISH version? I'd like to ensure that I'm taking the proper steps during the installation process. Your kind cooperation would be greatly appreciated in this matter. Thanks in advance for your help.

From the link I provided above.
1. Click on the Download button.
2. Scroll down the list of filenames using the scroll bar until you find the entry
MBSASetup-x86-EN.msi
3. Click the checkbox beside that name.
4. Click on Next.
