Hello, I was wondering if anyone could tell me if it is possible to extract data from a list in Sharepoint 2007 and automatically have it placed in a powerpoint? As of right now we have to manually click back and forth from our system to look at the $. Then manually type them into a PowerPoint slide. Any insight on this would be great. This is not possible out of the box, you can only export the List items to Excel \Access . you cannot move it to Powerpoint directly.
