   My laptop is Sony Vaio e14A15FN. I bought it nearly 5 months ago. My keyboard hasn't been working properly. Right Alt and Right Ctrl keys are not working. From the outside, those buttons are working fine. But when I press either one of them, it stays pressed. I attached an image. Please take a look at it.
