I am trying to set up an account locked down as much as possible with the xp theme, but all I can get no matter what I have tried (and I tried everything) is the windows classic theme? Can anybody give me insight on this?

Hi, WSS seem not the option to set restrictions of theme. You can set no restrictions to user on “Windows Restrictions” for test.
