That's odd. MS might think Full Name would contain their name, and use First Name for a nickname, like Mike vs Michael. I don't know why it's not there.You can add it to the site columns in SharePoint. On the home site, go to Site Actions > Site Settings. Then click Site Columns under Galleries.
