I have library's connected in outlook 2010 from our SharePoint 2010 (Server) and on some of the folders all the files download in full and on others it only downloads the headers and lists them under "available for download". We had the same problem before on SharePoint 2007 and never found an answer. I have admin privelages on the site as well as my computer, the files are small 20 - 30k .pdf each, but on average 60 to 80 per folder. It seems to happen when subfolders are created by the group and the connector is not directly to the folder. It is very frustrating to have to select all the files and download them one at a time. Hi Andre, Did you connect to outlook from a network with limited bandwidth? If we connect to outlook in this scenario, the mail will be downloaded with the header only. This is used for improving the outlook performance. Thanks, Jinchun ChenJin Chen - MSFT
